Got the E-Bay stuff packed up and shipped off though ended up being early afternoon rather than morning by the time we got to the post office. From there we swung by Food Land for milk and then headed back home. I had been working on some images and text prior to leaving so did a bit more on that and warmed some soup for lunch, then after eating went out to unload the big trailer so I could carry it across the creek(s) and load the stuff that had been left over there, and make one trip instead of taking two or more with the Toyota. Got it unloaded without too much trouble, then went to get the tractor only to find it had a plug fouled. Moved it out of the stall and go the tools and took the plug out, then started up the air compressor so I could use the spark plug cleaner. Got enough air pressure built up and tried to use it but no go. Fiddled around with it a bit and then took the reservoir off and used the air hose to blow through the pickup tube. Put it back together and it worked! Actually better than it has in a while. So cleaned the plug and put it back in the tractor. Cranked up fine and took it down to where the trailer jack had sunk in the wet ground. Hooked a chain up to the scrape blade and lifted it up a bit and got a block under the tongue. Reset the chain and lifted a bit more. Got another block and some boards under it this time. One more reset of the chain and got it up high enough to get a block on end under it with a board on top. Went and took the blade off and put the hitch on and went back and hooked up and headed over to get the stuff. Tractor died in the creek. Got it cranked back up and it made it to just past the outhouse. Out of fuel. I keep forgetting that the gauge is no longer working right. Since I was close to a pile of wood I have been meaning to load up and bring up to finish several jobs with I started loading the trailer up with that instead. Got quite a bit loaded on before dark then came back in. Fixed supper and been taking a browsing break since. Am about to hit the sack. Will go and get some fuel tomorrow morning and continue as I can. Till tomorrow…
